Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth freight operations
- Process and manage freight shipments, including tracking, tracing, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
