Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to patients receiving specialty medication. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, handling new and reordered medication requests, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. Your role will involve:

• Coordinating and handling new and reordered medication requests, including verifying and updating patient information
• Assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reordered medications into our pharmacy data system
• Collecting and processing copay sums, obtaining approvals, and working with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with records of sales or clinical issues
• Collaborating with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of specialty medications
• Providing empathetic and genuine care to patients and clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional phone support to patients receiving specialty medication

• Coordinate and handle new and reordered medication requests, including verifying and updating patient information
• Assist patients with deciphering and entering new or reordered medications into our pharmacy data system
• Collect and process copay sums, obtain approvals, and work with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with records of sales or clinical issues
• Collaborate with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of specialty medications
• Provide empathetic and genuine care to patients and clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company telephone

• One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email applications
• One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and fitness

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience handling a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company telephone

• Medical experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, medications, and clinical terminology

* High school diploma or equivalent required
