Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Work From Home Agent, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
