Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Oklahoma. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering calls and chats, and resolving reputed company issues reputed company to online orders, follow-reputed company, and deliveries. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing exceptional service to our clients

Essential Qualifications

- Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
- Past customer service experience (desired)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient business writing skills
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief friendly assistance, and phenomenal follow-through
- Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and tackle issues
