Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be working in a remote 4-day shift schedule, providing support to our customers during our weekend hours. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email

• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Address customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
