Job Description

reputed company has an immediate need for 4 Account Management Support Representatives. This is a 100% remote role.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage assigned book of business (new and existing reputed company accounts).
• Support and work with reputed company service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with the defined customer reputed company to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed.
• Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies.
• Manage pricing and service-reputed company activities.
• reputed company product cross-referencing activities.
• Create and run monthly/quarterly reports.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS reputed company, Word, and Outlook.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 1 year of account management or sales experience.
• Background in commissioned, reputed company product sales.
• Experience identifying, connecting with, building reputed company, and closing new business.
• Ability to present multiple product lines.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. reputed company will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
