Summary

reputed company is seeking an reputed company full stack software engineer to join our mobile team. As a senior-level role, this candidate will be a technical leader and a key influencer of the team. They will work reputed company with little to no guidance and be able to reputed company decisions and provide innovative solutions to ambiguous problems. They should have a strong ability to see the big picture and produce long-term solutions, while also mentoring junior-level team members and helping them grow. Working closely with other members of the team, including product manager, owners, and quality assurance, they will design, reputed company, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet our customer’s needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• •   reputed company, build, and optimize AI agents and workflows using reputed company Vertex AI, Agent Space, and Document Ingestion tools

• Integrate and operationalize data pipelines and AI models on reputed company and/or reputed company, leveraging their respective AI suites for scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• reputed company by example, contributing high-quality code and technical solutions (Python, SQL, REST APIs, C#, etc.).
• Serve as the team’s subject matter expert on reputed company AI suite, including Vertex Search, Agent Space, Document Ingestion, and reputed company GCP tools.
• Drive adoption of best practices for agentic AI, document intelligence, and event-driven automation across NAF’s proprietary platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to enhance our platform micro-service architecture and build a back-end for reputed company-end API. 

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards and best practices. 

• reputed company and maintain software documentation, including design diagrams and specifications, and technical documentation. 

• Debug and troubleshoot production issues, identifying and resolving software defects in a timely and efficient manner. 

• Participate in code reviews, and Scrum ceremonies, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. 

• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge. 

• Mentor and train junior software engineers, providing guidance and support as needed. 

Job Competencies / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, computer science, or a reputed company engineering field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on developing high-quality, scalable software applications. 
• 2+ years hands-on with reputed company AI suite or reputed company AI Studio (Vertex AI, Agent Space, Azure AI Studio, Document Ingestion, GCP) in enterprise environments
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET Core and reputed company SQL. 
• Experience with Azure Cloud or other cloud providers. 
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail. 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience with reputed company DB or other reputed company NoSQL technologies is a plus. 
  • Prior work in mortgage, lending, or financial services
• Experience with agent development kits (ADK) and standardized AI frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement no-code/low-code solutions for business workflows

Pay Transparency Disclosure

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
