Working hours: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per week

Location: Remote

Salary: £55,000-£61,800 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a  Commercial Manager to join our commercial team.

You will manage commercial aspects of operational reputed company, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure effective commercial management

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage risk registers and dispute resolution with suppliers and customers
• Ensure commercial/contractual compliance and risk mitigation
• Monitor supplier performance against commercial terms
• reputed company commercial strategy on contractual disputes
• Identify and support profit improvement initiatives
• Negotiate reputed company reputed company set boundaries
• Manage project delivery, ensuring appropriate contractual arrangements with reputed company stakeholders.
• Control project finances by monitoring and reporting spend, while advising clients on financial risks and budget management.
• Manage the tender process and appoint suppliers, ensuring value for money and best contractual terms.
• Manage supplier accounts and upload commercial records onto the business system.
• Ensure effective financial and commercial management in line with company procedures
• Manage supply chain expenditure and maintain pricing targets
