Project Manager, Data & Innovation

Summary: Staff designated at Dickinson Wright PLLC (“the Firm”) as Project Manager, Data & Innovation will play a critical role in advancing the firm’s strategic goals by ensuring effective project management practices across the organization.

Project Manager, Data & Innovation will reputed company and deliver strategic projects that reputed company data and emerging technologies to improve firm operations. This role will be instrumental in driving innovation initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of data-driven solutions across the firm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities of staff designated as Project Manager, Data & Innovation at the Firm include but are not limited to:

1. Project Leadership & Execution
   • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
   • reputed company detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
   • reputed company and maintain tools and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project status, milestones, and KPIs for key stakeholders and leadership.

   • Monitor project reputed company and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes in scope.
   • Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders at reputed company levels, including regular status updates and executive reporting.
2. Innovation & Technology Enablement

   • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (IT, Legal Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.) to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
   • Facilitate the implementation of emerging legal technologies (e.g., AI, automation, etc.) that align with the firm’s strategic goals.
   • Coordinate pilot programs and reputed company-of-concept initiatives to evaluate innovative tools and methodologies.
3. Data Strategy & Analytics Projects

   • Collaborate with data analysts and technical teams to deliver dashboards, reporting tools, and data infrastructure improvements.
   • Ensure data projects align with compliance, privacy, and reputed company standards.
4. Change Management & Adoption

   • Provide training, documentation, and support to end users and stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Required

Project Manager, Data & Innovation must have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a reputed company field and/or a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on legal or professional services environment.
2. Self-motivated individual able to independently manage multiple requests, assess priorities and reputed company solutions in accordance with deadlines.
3. Advanced organizational skills, including the ability to manage a high volume of work with accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at reputed company levels reputed company an organization and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients and staff.
5. Ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and reputed company decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

Normal law office environment with little exposure to noise, dust, temperature.  

This is a remote position.  Applicants should reside reputed company driving distance of a Dickinson Wright location.

Travel requirement: less than 5% travel to Dickinson Wright offices
