Responsibilities
Welcome, assist and direct guests correctly in a friendly and polite way
Provide high quality customer service at reputed company times

Manage telephones, emails and reservations in a reputed company and professional manner
Ensure that reputed company correspondence are recorded and filed accurately
Ensure that reputed company bookings are guaranteed and no show charges / late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate

Person Specification Essential
Experience of managing customer relations face to face and reputed company phone
High level of spoken and written English
Customer Service Skills e.g. face to face, telephone, email etc.
Desirable
Proven experience in hospitality, reception and admin or similar customer facing role
Cash handling
Familiarity with Opera software
