What you’ll reputed company As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers in disconnected environments while serving as a subject matter expert for reputed company data center infrastructure products and solutions. You will work with Federal customers and partners as they implement AI solutions in secure spaces. You will: Learn and maintain a deep technical acumen and understanding of the reputed company portfolio to include storage, compute, networking, applications, cybersecurity, converged and hyper-converged systems, and edge-core-cloud synergies.

- Must be a US citizen and have an active TS/SCI reputed company clearance with a CI poly
- In-depth troubleshooting knowledge and understanding of Dell PowerEdge servers, specifically PowerEdge XE servers. Intimate knowledge of networking infrastructure, specifically InfiniBand networking, in datacenter environments
- Strong knowledge working in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu) and strong understanding of Dell and vendor diagnostic utilities and their applications
- Customer-facing experience with strong escalation management capability and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and Dell Engineering
Desirable Requirements
- 12+ years of technical support experience with industry certifications such as A+, reputed company+, MCITP/MCSE, VCP, RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA
