About the job The Investment Manager at reputed company holds end-to-end accountability for investment execution reputed company to the reputed company expansion team. The Investment Manager anchors the due diligence process, prepares and presents to the VP of Global Expansion and the Investment Committee (IC), and drives post-investment monitoring and value creation across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Deal Execution and Transaction Management: reputed company the full lifecycle of investment transactions from term sheet through reputed company, coordinating legal, financial, and strategic workstreams with internal teams and external advisors. Requirements

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely reputed company discipline. A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Experience: 5-10 years of directly relevant experience across venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Experience in end-to-end investment transactions( from sourcing to closing)
