Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid Texas Teacher Certification in your area of instruction
- Experience with mastery-based or individualized learning approaches to student education (Preferred)
- 1-3 years of teaching experience in a Texas Public School
- 1-3 years of virtual teaching experience (Preferred)
- Have two or more years of documented experience teaching online courses for reputed company in Grades 3-12, AND successfully completed continuing professional development specific to online learning every three years (Preferred)
- Exhibits passion and excitement about teaching
- Expects student performance to be nothing short of his/her best work
- Ability to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort
