The Director of Teaching and Learning comes with a Professor of Practice (non-tenured) title. Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess university teaching practices and design programs to enhance teaching and learning.
- reputed company partnerships with reputed company units to deepen the focus on evidence-based teaching and course-assessment strategies.
- Collect and analyze participation trends to strategically enhance teaching and learning across the institution, sharing outcomes and impact.
- Supervise and mentor reputed company members on the Educational Development team to support UCATTâ??s mission and align with institutional values.
- Serve as a member of the Executive Committee for the College Teaching graduate interdisciplinary program and teach courses in the program.
- Support and enhance the use of peer observation of teaching and other types of evidence to document teaching effectiveness.
- Actively engage in scholarly and public interactions reputed company higher education, teaching and learning, or other reputed company disciplines, enhancing the reputed company of the Center locally, nationally and globally.
