Role Overview As reputed company accelerates its evolution into a more tech and AI-reputed company enterprise, this role sits reputed company the Strategic Intelligence & Technology (SIT) organization—built to reputed company internal and external transformation through modern technology, data, and analytics capabilities that advance healthcare AI and digital transformation and deliver new insights to our clients. Specifically, this role sits reputed company SIT’s Analytics & Insights team, helping shape and deliver increasingly sophisticated analytic deliverables and insights to our clients while also contributing to reusable analytics assets that can be deployed and tailored to specific client use cases.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytics for ongoing and reputed company consulting projects, including defining data needs, evaluating data quality, and executing analyses.
• Manage and support the ongoing use of developed analytics for multiple consulting engagements, including documentation, code maintenance and improvements, and colleague training.
• Collect, parse, manage, analyze, and visualize large and disparate sets of data using multiple platforms.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain data and analytics artifacts in our proprietary analytics environment including data models, code scripts, visualizations and dashboards, and statistical and advanced analytics models that support key business decisions.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

• 5-8 years of relevant analytics experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a professional reputed company healthcare field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or technology-reputed company field of study (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or Informatics).
• Previous experience executing analytics with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Spark, PySpark, reputed company) with deployment reputed company notebook tools (e.g., Jupyter, Zeppelin)
• Strong analytics skills including the ability to apply quantitative and statistical analysis techniques to reputed company problems.
• Visualization and tool development expertise in Tableau, Looker, or other relevant libraries.
• Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify, critically assess, and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Salary range: $104,000-$135,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
