Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.

• Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Help in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
• Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
• Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any issues or concerns.
• Performs reputed company other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including but not limited to:

+ Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays. + Participating in inventory management and stockroom organization. + Supporting store events and promotions. + Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Position Requirements

* Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.

• Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong commitment to meeting customer needs and ensuring store operations run smoothly.
