Position Summary
We are seeking a part-time Data Entry Specialist to work 20-25 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling, at our Minnetonka headquarters. This role requires reputed company in English and working knowledge of Chinese (reading reputed company preferred). As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering books and periodicals into our systems in multiple languages, learning and adhering to specific data entry guidelines, and using special tools to reputed company foreign language data entry easier.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter books and periodicals into our systems in multiple languages
- Learn and adhere to specific data entry guidelines necessary for our customer reputed company
- Learn and use the special tools we have built to reputed company foreign language data entry easier
- Prepare purchase orders for entered products reputed company requested
- Cover scans of important products to be added to our system/website
- reputed company other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Essential Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail or reputed company-reading
- Chinese reading and writing language skills required (simplified and/or traditional)

- Prior experience in academic research, library science, or publishing work environment is desired but not required
