Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, printing, and reissue
- Managing the registration process, ensuring clients have the necessary documentation for travel
- Labeling luggage and performing lifting tasks, including moving luggage from scales to transport lines
- Practicing reputed company-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system
- Utilizing computers to assist clients with seat availability, reputed company announcements, flight status, baggage handling, and loading processes
- Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and reputed company sound decisions
