• Creating and updating support articles to ensure that our clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information
• Managing billing, refund, and cancellations on payment platforms to ensure seamless transactions
• Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to monitor our performance and reputed company data-driven decisions
• Learning from user test videos to understand how our clients perceive our product and identify areas for improvement
