Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, retention, and sales support to our valued customers. You will work remotely from your home office, using our state-of-the-art technology and equipment to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities
* Work remotely from your home office, using arenaflex-provided equipment and technology
- Support our field offices and customers during peak season, which starts building around February
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and assist customers with remedies to retain business
- Utilize gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
- Work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure consistent support for our customers
- Participate in our four-week quality training program, which will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role

Qualifications
* High School/GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience reputed company or reputed company a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed (minimum 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher)
- Ability to pass a computer assessment and background and drug screen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
