The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused LiveChat Agent - Marketing to join our MSS Marketing team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for connecting with website visitors through live chat, validating and prequalifying leads, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, allowing you to balance your time between our reputed company and home.
Key Responsibilities
* Real-time live chat with customers who are visiting our websites
- Enter marketing qualified leads into reputed company.com
- Transition Qualified leads to Sales Managers as reputed company.com Opportunities
- Become an expert in the live chat platform

- Stay informed on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs
- Create canned responses and enhance tagging system in live chat platform
- Enhance training and best practices documentation

Qualifications
