Job Summary
As a Data Entry/Indexing Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images, performing document classification validation, and conducting data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents. You'll also be responsible for validating redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents, performing manual reputed company-data indexing from digital documents, and ensuring quality control of documents converted to digital format.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images
- reputed company document classification validation of automatically classified documents
- Conduct data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents
- Validate redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents
- reputed company manual reputed company-data indexing from digital documents
- Ensure quality control of documents converted to digital format
- Conduct reputed company data validation of incoming checks
- Reconcile reputed company batch totals
- Distribute reputed company amounts to appropriate accounts as required by the customer
Requirements
* Proficiency in typing and willingness to take a typing test
- Experience in high-speed data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and be flexible
- Ability to reputed company repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards

* Experience working in a data entry or indexing environment
