Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and meeting specific requirements for each order/customer
- Reviewing orders for accuracy and providing timely responses to customers on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries
- Managing online customer orders and associated data reputed company EDI portals, ensuring seamless communication with the warehouse and sales teams
- Generating internal reports to sales and production teams, providing valuable insights to drive business growth
- Regularly communicating with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Invoicing orders daily, weekly, and as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments
- Supporting the sales and marketing team as needed, contributing to the success of our business
- Handling other general office duties, including rotating tasks reputed company the department as needed, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high degree of proficiency in data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools
