Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing phone support to patients receiving specialty medication. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers, ensuring that their needs are met and their medication is delivered on time. Key Responsibilities
* Provide phone support to patients receiving specialty medication, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
- Coordinate and handle new and reordered medication requests, including checking and verifying benefits
- Assist patients in deciphering and entering new or reordered medications into our pharmacy data system
- Collect and process copay payments, obtain approvals, and work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve and approve orders with billing or clinical issues
- Collaborate with patients, insurance companies, and internal partners to ensure timely delivery of specialty medication and meet financial and clinical expectations

Essential Qualifications
* One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company telephone
