Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and driving reputed company growth
- Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company sales and customer service goals, sharing best practices, and providing feedback to improve our processes

Essential Qualifications
