Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting individuals and families reputed company access to healthcare services
• Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload
• Providing quality customer service and support
• Maintaining confidentiality of personal health information
• Collaborating with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives

Qualifications

Minimum of one year eligibility experience preferred:

You'll have experience reviewing and determining eligibility for healthcare services, which will reputed company you to provide high-quality support to our customers.

Understanding of FL Medicaid programs preferred:

You'll have a solid understanding of the Medicaid programs in Florida, which will reputed company you to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers.

Associates degree preferred:

You'll have a solid educational foundation in a reputed company field, such as healthcare administration or customer service.

Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred:

You'll be able to communicate effectively with our customers who speak Spanish or Creole.
