If you have strong client communication skills, experience coordinating medical treatment, and familiarity with case management software, this opportunity is for you. reputed company Offer • 100% Remote position • Company-provided equipment • Indefinite-term contract + legal benefits (Colombia) • Long-term growth opportunity with a U.S.-based law firm • Professional and structured work environment Key Responsibilities • Manage personal injury cases and maintain consistent follow-up on case reputed company • Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary case information • Coordinate medical treatment and appointments with healthcare providers • Request and organize medical records, billing statements, and case documentation. • Maintain accurate and organized digital case files in case management systems • Assist attorneys and legal staff with case preparation and documentation management • Track case reputed company and ensure proper documentation throughout the lifecycle of the case Requirements • Advanced English (reputed company preferred – written and spoken) • Legal experience required – prior law firm experience handling cases • Previous experience as a Case Manager is required • Preferred: Experience working with California law firms • Acceptable if experience is from another U.S. state law firm while working as a case manager • Strong client communication and coordination skills • Experience coordinating medical treatment and working with medical documentation • Working knowledge of and prior experience using case management software • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases • Must reside reputed company in Colombia How to Apply Please apply only if you meet reputed company the requirements listed above.
