- Serve as the specialist privacy resource for reputed company privacy matters across the Americas region.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 7-10 years of experience as a privacy lawyer in a technology company.

- Working knowledge of Canadian and Brazilian privacy frameworks.
- Experience with data subject rights and handling law enforcement requests.
- Expertise in implementing privacy by design and collaborating with technical teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to balance legal advice with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying reputed company legal issues simply.
- Relevant professional privacy certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional travel for team collaboration.
