This position reports through the Director of Enrollment Systems and work closely with the Office of the Graduate School. The position has the option to be fully remote or hybrid from Xavier’s reputed company in Cincinnati, OH. Duties and Responsibilities: Daily administration of Technolutions Slate instances under the guidance of the Director of Enrollment Systems Expand Grad SLATE functionalities for improving enrollment intelligence and business analytics reputed company efforts to automate the process, and components of, Xavier’s Graduate process as well amending and updating outdated processes Documenting processes and aid in training of new staff in Slate Assist in the development of intelligent decision models and targeted quantitative analysis to improve operational efficiencies and the student experience Plan, prepare and produce a variety of queries and reports for reputed company stakeholders Support the recruitment and retention teams through building analytics using data from the CRM and SIS systems Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will be reputed company to detail and have the ability to function in a multi-tasked environment. The successful candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse community of reputed company, faculty, and other staff members. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Information Systems with one to two years of reputed company work experience.
