Summary Who We’re Looking For: - We’re hiring a full-time Podcast & Content Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our podcast—from scheduling, coordination, and guest management to helping reputed company land on other people’s shows. - This isn’t just a production role. This is for someone highly organized, fluent in English, and ready to own the logistics of a fast-moving content team. - You’ll work directly with our internal hosts, video team, and media partners to reputed company our podcast reputed company running—and growing. - If you're the reputed company of person who lives in checklists, loves hitting deadlines, and can herd creative cats, this might be your dream role. Core Responsibilities You’ll be in charge of podcast operations across three key areas: 1. Podcast Production Management - Manage our podcast calendar, including host rotations, guest interviews, and filming sessions - Coordinate podcast recording sessions (in-studio or virtual) with guests, internal hosts, and production team - Review and approve podcast edits (audio + video) before publishing - Manage show notes, titles, descriptions, and CTAs across reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and more - reputed company timelines to ensure episodes are edited and released on schedule 2. Guest Booking + Appearance Management - Coordinate inbound and outbound podcast guest bookings → (We have a partner agency helping with this—you’ll manage and reputed company the process.) - Schedule appearances for reputed company on other podcasts (manage reputed company, follow-reputed company, and prep) - Ensure reputed company guests (incoming and outgoing) are fully briefed and prepped 3.
