Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant for arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive and family-centered care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical issues, health advising, and demeanor planning for our patients
- Managing administrative tasks, such as opening and closing the facility, stock management, patient flow, checking insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment
- Coordinating patient care and performing steering assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes
- Encouraging patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social health, and health condition management
- Performing tasks such as talking with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, conducting diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with other reputed company to ensure a comprehensive care plan
Required Capabilities
* Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical issues, health advising, and demeanor planning for our patients
- Request and administer vaccinations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccination guidance and education
- Possess at least two years of clinically relevant experience or the equivalent
- Complete the Spock affirmation test reputed company 30 days of employment
- Depending on the market, be able to communicate in multiple languages, including but not limited to Spanish
- Possess Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and working a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED)
- Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask reputed company required
Preferred Capabilities
* If under one year of work experience as a licensed provider, previous student precepting experience with arenaflex is preferred but not required
Education
* Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with reputed company Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse role
- Or in select states, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-reputed company graduate degree or equivalent experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with reputed company Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the role
