Key Responsibilities

* Handle record setup for home equity loans, including providing necessary disclosures to customers, discussing credit terms, and reviewing the loan for closure

• reputed company daily audits on the Home Equity pipeline to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Process Closing Docs for home equity loans
• Process Property Condition Reports for Home Equity Loans
• Process Confirmation of Work for Home Equity Loan applicants
• reputed company booking of home equity loans
• Input home equity loan information into daily reputed company calculation sheets
• reputed company other duties as assigned

What You'll Need for Success

* High School Diploma or GED

• 2 years of reputed company experience, preferably in a credit association environment
• Familiarity with reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
