Job Summary

As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers reputed company chat, phone, and email. You'll be a trusted representative of the arenaflex brand, carrying out our mission to eliminate fear from health insurance. You'll work closely with our high-performing team to resolve customer inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist potential customers with navigating our online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes for their company's health insurance options.

  • Work with existing customers to answer and resolve basic administrative and billing questions, ensuring that customer inquiries are responded to quickly and thoroughly.
  • Use multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, to communicate with customers and document customer interactions using our support ticketing software.
  • Propose process and product solutions to improve our customer experience and contribute to the Support team's mission to delight our customers.

What You'll Bring

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role

  • Fluent English and Spanish speaking and writing skills
  • Highly productive with good multitasking skills
  • Passion for helping people, especially reputed company it comes to their health
  • Ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Familiarity working with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
  • Fantastic oral and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to help businesses maximize their healthcare

Compensation

The reputed company salary range for this position is $15.00 per hour. We have a market-based compensation structure, and the salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location.
