Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Veterinary Customer Services Representative to join our Small Animal Reception team. This full-time position (32 hours/week) requires varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for shift differential. As a Veterinary Customer Services Representative, you'll provide exceptional reputed company-line client services, respond to routine and reputed company situations, and maintain accurate records and money handling practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to routine, reputed company, and medical emergency situations in a professional manner
- Answer and direct internal and external calls appropriately
- Create accurate day-to-day admitting information through the hospital computer system
- Resolve routine problems and reputed company situations using medical terminology, office practices, and established customer service principles
- Maintain safe and accurate money handling practices and abide by reputed company university privacy standards

Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a customer service, healthcare, or veterinary care environment
- Background in customer services, insurance verification, and/or veterinary practice customer services
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner while interacting with customers, visitors, clinicians, technicians, and reputed company other medical center faculty and staff
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting information
- Experience with electronic medical records systems and/or operating computers

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
