As a Pharmacy Technician-in-Training or an reputed company Pharmacy Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work with our Board of Pharmacy-approved Pharmacy Technician Training Program. This comprehensive program includes online modules, internal video trainings, and hands-on training with a designated preceptor – reputed company at no cost to you!
Key Responsibilities
As an LTC Pharmacy Technician Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients by building loyalty and repeat business
- Championing arenaflex programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assisting with patient enrollment
- Supporting the Pharmacist in Clinical Service offerings
- Counting, measuring, and packaging medication in the appropriate container under pharmacist's supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions
- Inputting prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician
- Experience with data entry and computer systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
