Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative provides support and service to reputed company customers reputed company phone, email, or fax, delivering world-class customer service in reputed company interactions. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, reputed company accurate data entry, and maintain a CRM database with customer and prospect information.

Essential Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred.

• Communication and Organizational skills (English/Spanish a plus).
• 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience.
• Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are a must.
• Must be computer literate with data entry skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company Office: Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
• Ability to navigate through multiple programs, as well as reading and comprehending various customer care service tools.
• Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) a plus.
