Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, or chat

- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience
- Utilize arenaflex's technology and tools to access customer information, track issues, and provide updates
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent customer service and problem-resolution skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
- High-speed internet connection (internet speed test required)
- Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple windows and screens
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with minimal interruptions
- Ability to come into the local arenaflex branch to pick up equipment provided for the assignment
- Availability to work a set schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional)
