About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Technical reputed company Manager to join reputed company in the USA. As a Technical reputed company Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining ongoing customer relationships, implementing successful programs, uncovering growth opportunities, onboarding and training clients, and maximizing client retention. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their business needs, provide insights on client-to-business interactions, and improve customer experience through product support.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain ongoing customer relationships and networking to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Implement successful programs to drive business growth and maximize customer value
  • Uncover growth opportunities and reputed company strategies to expand our customer reputed company
