Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, adhering to our Client First philosophy
- Building strong relationships with card members by understanding their needs and designing personalized solutions
- Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
- Addressing general and specific customer requests, providing clear and concise information, and updating customer account data as needed
- Utilizing tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate customer needs, aligning with our commitment to a personalized experience
- Meeting and exceeding performance objectives, including customer satisfaction ratings, sales rates, quality metrics, consistency standards, and efficiency targets
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- At least two years of experience in a customer support and consultative sales environment, with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through excellent listening, relationship-building, and communication skills
