About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of customer care and data entry experience, with a strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities. You will be responsible for inputting and managing customer account data, investigating and resolving data discrepancies, and responding to inquiries while meeting performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and manage customer account data reputed company to utility services
