Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a steady volume of incoming calls regarding benefits from members, providers, and employer groups
- Explaining and clarifying plans' policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
