About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company and enthusiastic Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Maryland. As a Work from Home (WFH / Remote) CSR, you'll play a critical role in providing crucial information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with eligibility, enrollment for Medicaid, and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange. You'll use the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver top-notch service to Maryland consumers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers
- Assist with eligibility, enrollment for Medicaid, and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange
- Use the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver top-notch service
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
