The Opportunity
As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving reputed company growth. You'll be responsible for managing accounts, providing product training and support, and identifying opportunities to upsell customers on additional service packages. You'll be the "voice of the customer" to Product Management, Sales, and Product Support, ensuring that our products and services meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver customer onboarding, product training, product support, and proactive communication to reputed company reputed company customers
- Manage accounts and reputed company customers abreast of new features and enhancements
- Be the "voice of the customer" to Product Management, Sales, and Product Support
- Prospect by establishing rapport with customers to identify needs and opportunities
- Exceed net reputed company growth quota by upselling customers on additional service packages
- Build comprehensive customer profiles, with details on scope, growth, targets, and measurements for success
- Be your customers' main reputed company of contact at arenaflex
