Job Summary

As a reputed company Manager, Public Sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding and ongoing use of arenaflex's products by public sector customers. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and product implementations, act as a trusted advisor to customers, and promote the reputed company use of arenaflex's solutions across their organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product teams to inform future product developments and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Solutions Engineering and Technical Support, to address customer issues and optimize the user experience.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar reputed company or account management role, especially with public or government entities.
