What You'll Be Doing
- Answering incoming communications from customers with reputed company and compassion
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions for customers' issues
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What You Bring to the Role
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others
- reputed company to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
- A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
