The Role

As a Customer Service Representative on our 3rd shift team, you'll be responsible for scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads to ensure top-notch customer service and driver support during overnight operations. You'll work closely with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities, address customer and driver concerns, and maintain accurate records reputed company our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accept, schedule, and assign loads using TruckMate or similar TMS

• Communicate with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
• Monitor load reputed company to ensure on-time pickup and delivery

• Balance the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
