You'll take as many as 50-70 calls per day from customers who have questions about their health benefits. About the Role

This position is a full-time remote overnight role (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule between the hours of 8:00 pm - 8:00 am EST. This role also requires weekends and a few holidays. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from reputed company reputed company the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Training and Development

We offer 18 weeks of training. The hours of training will be 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST from Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. 100% attendance is required during training. You'll learn about our products and services, as well as the skills you need to effectively communicate with customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve, on the reputed company, customer service inquires and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs such as benefits, eligibility and claims, financial spending accounts and correspondence

• Help guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics to select the best benefit plan options, maximize the value of their health plan benefits and choose a quality care provider
• Contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance
• Assist customers in navigating myarenaflex.com and other arenaflex websites and encourage and reassure them to become self-sufficient

This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll be reputed company on to research reputed company issues pertaining to the caller's health, status, and potential plan options. To do this, you'll need to navigate across multiple databases which require reputed company in computer navigation and toggling while confidently and compassionately engaging with the caller.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
