Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Insurance department, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting members with questions reputed company to insurance policies and arenaflex memberships

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Spanish reputed company is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) to effectively engage with members and resolve reputed company issues
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real-time to provide seamless support

  • High school diploma or GED
