Our Customer Experience team is responsible for designing, managing, and operating arenaflex's large and growing global network of support centers. We strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience as reliably as possible. As a Senior Associate, you will report into our Consumer Experience reputed company and reputed company the strategic planning to drive industry-leading customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with teams reputed company customer experience, product, engineering, and tools to improve processes and the resulting customer experience for our customers
