Job Description

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting reputed company retail pharmacy stores by responding to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values. Your exceptional customer service skills will reputed company you to serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and professional manner, upholding arenaflex's goals of delivery through responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism.

• Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Available Work Shifts:

* Monday-Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm (EDT)

• Sunday-Thursday, 10:00am to 6:30pm (EDT)
• Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00am to 6:30pm (EDT)

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

• Minimum: $17.00
• Maximum: $27.90

This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to reputed company program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
• Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications
• reputed company (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
• Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual in Spanish

• Prior inbound Call Center experience
• Previous experience working from home a plus
• Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience
